Sitting Service

This is a FREE service that we provide to any carer on our mailing list who cares for a person over 18 years.

A selected volunteer will come into the home and keep the cared for company. Giving the carer some time to themselves; to maybe catch up on housework, go shopping, go to the doctors or even enjoy a long relaxing bath.

Trips

The Adult and Young Carers projects organise a number of social trips each year. This could be Christmas shopping or a summer outing for Adult Carers. To find out more contact Christine Atkinson at the Carers Centre.
