Role: Employability Key Worker
Salary: £21K FTE (FTE based on 37hr week – salary pro rata for actual hours worked)
Hours: 30 hours per week (or no less than 24 hours per week)
Peterborough Council for Voluntary Services are delighted to be one of the partners delivering a programme of support called ‘‘eMploY-ABILITY’.
The programme will support a significant number of those furthest from the labour market back into work by offering innovative, personalised support with a tailored package of barrier busting interventions, designed and commissioned with participants.
If you have at least 2 years’ experience of supporting, unemployed and economically inactive people, with their employment, training or other development needs – and the desire to deliver the best outcomes for our programme participants, we would like to hear from you.
This role will have an added emphasis of working with individuals using a holistic approach – the role will support front line key workers to identify & source additional support and services to address both personal and skills barriers of their participants and co-ordinating support activity to enhance their eMploY-ABILITY journey. Additionally providing resource support and cover for key workers across the delivery area
