The Employability programme takes a personalised approach with a tailored package of support interventions, with participants involved in planning their own route. Services include coaching & mentoring, financial advice & guidance, structured and accredited learning, work placements, volunteering, employability support, and practical interventions such as providing transport, childcare, equipment and interview clothes.
