Finance Education Grants – The MSE Charity

Following the Charity’s strategic review early last year, our new grants programme launched in June 2024.

VISION – To give grants to UK non profit organisations to deliver activities which make a lasting impact on how people think, behave and manage their money
Key Points

All applications to be aligned with the Charity’s vision
No particular grant round themes or people categories
Project grants will be available up to £10,000
Two grant rounds per year
A new staged application process

a) Pre-Application – Grant Eligibility Quiz – a self assessment tool to determine if your organisation and project meets our general grant criteria.
b) Stage 1 – Outline Proposal – a brief application that enables you to tell us about your organisation and the activities you would like us to fund. This should provide sufficient detail for our Grants Advisory Panel (GAP) to assess if it would be suitable for The MSE Charity to consider funding.
c) Stage 2 – Full Application – invited short-listed applicants are sent a link to complete a full application form with approximately one month to complete. This will require more detailed information to be provided about your organisation; evidence of need, the project activities; the team’s experience; the outcomes you are hoping to achieve; a detailed project budget; and submission of supporting documents including your Accounts and a recent bank statement.

Next round to be launched probably in January 2026
