Join the over 55s chair exercise classes on Mondays and Wednesdays (term time only) at Westraven Community Cafe.

Chair exercises are on Mondays 1-1.45pm.

Chair yoga is on Wednesdays 10.30-11.15am.

All abilities are welcome!
