What's Going On?

Through our Connecting Cambridgeshire’s partnership with Google and the Good Things Foundation, Wavemaker is currently onboarding local individuals and organisations onto the brand-new Google AI Professional Certificate.
This initiative is fully funded; there is absolutely zero cost to you or your service users.

What is the training? It is a practical, beginner-friendly online programme designed specifically for staff aged 18+ working in day-to-day office roles, including administration, customer service, sales, data entry, and office support.
The course teaches staff how to use AI responsibly to save time, boost productivity, and improve daily organisation.

Key Details at a Glance: Time Commitment: Approximately 10 hours of learning in total, split across 7 short, bite-sized online courses.
100% Flexible: Staff can complete the modules entirely at their own pace around their daily workloads.  Participants should be over 18.

The Outcome: On completion, your staff will receive a globally recognized Google Professional Certificate – a fantastic credential for your team.
What they will learn: How to use AI to safely automate repetitive tasks, create content, manage schedules, and analyse data to spot trends.
