This transformative group blends lived experience with academic insight to help women better understand and manage their mental health and wellbeing. An educational, empowering space to explore: Emotional Regulation and Stress Management/Therapeutic Journaling/Grief and Loss/Body positivity/Financial confidence /Future envisioning Drawing from both CBT and DBT frameworks, we invite you to join us in a safe, reflective space where women can learn practical skills, gain insight, and feel less alone in their experience. All groups/courses are held in a safe and secure location.
